Every country
seems to have
their own way
preparing for

Australia is loin and streaky.
America is slim and fatty.
Japan is short and smoky.
Canada is thick and meaty.
And U.K. is about the same.

Anyway you slice it though,
it can’t be kosher
unless your rabbi
takes his cut
from the butcher.
